Tutorial - Cartoonize your photo using photoshop

1) Duplicate Layer
2) Layers -> Color Dodge
3) Invert Image; 'Ctrl-I'
4) Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur
5) Adjust Gaussian Blur Radius
6) Layers -> New Adjusment Layer -> Threshold
7) Adjust Threshold Level to desired amount
8) Click on the Orig. Image in Layers Table for erasing unnecessary lines/objects before coloring
9) Layers -> New Layer -> Multiply
